*USM Haller Re-Framed™

Ten designers have each re-designed and built a bench based on a pre-owned USM Modular Furniture frame.

The starting point is a USM Haller structure from the 1980s, originating from large, old filing cabinets at the main office of Kredittkassen on Majorstua in Oslo.

Using this frame, they were instructed to transform and build a functional seating unit with re-used or surplus materials they sourced themselves.

The various designs were presented and used as benches during DS Talks at TAD Kunstbar in Skøyen, Oslo, as part of Designers Saturday Re-purposed.
